Six years ago, I walked away from a successful career in corporate marketing—not because I couldn’t keep going, but because I didn’t want to keep shrinking.
I had traded creativity for the 9–5 hustle, chasing promotions in rooms that never quite saw me. Eventually, I stopped waiting for a seat at the table—and built my own.
Lola Charles was born from that choice: to lead with heart, to create without compromise, and to help others do the same.
