Seven years ago, I walked away from a successful career in corporate marketing—not because I couldn’t keep going, but because I didn’t want to keep shrinking.
I had traded creativity for the 9–5 hustle, chasing promotions in rooms that never quite saw me. Eventually, I stopped waiting for a seat at the table—and built my own.
Lola Charles was born from that choice: to lead with heart, to create without compromise, and to help others do the same. And, it was named after my beloved dogs, Lola and Charlie.
My superpower is helping bold brands find their voice, own their story, and show up with the kind of clarity that changes everything—on social and beyond. All with strategy, soul, and zero fluff.
